Our kiln sales program includes free delivery within 75 miles and a fresh checkup at 1 year of service. Our equipment repair staff has been factory trained to service your wheels, kilns, and other equipment - we can perform repairs at OCS or at your studio.

We can answer most technical questions on clay and glazes and troubleshoot equipment issues. For problems requiring greater investigation, we will contact our manufacturers and get an answer to you with 48 hours (weekend response time may be longer).
